01 / Overview

Spec sheet

A daily routine for millions of women, and a growing category for brands.

Pelvic floor muscle training is widely recommended during pregnancy, after childbirth and as part of long-term pelvic health. Women want trainers that feel comfortable, are easy to clean and are designed with a clinical level of care.

We mold every trainer in seamless, platinum-cured liquid silicone, with no joints or pores where bacteria can collect. Weights, motors and batteries are sealed inside, so the whole device can be washed and stays waterproof to IP67.

Brands usually launch with progressive weighted sets, then add rechargeable vibrating or app-guided trainers as their range grows. We make all three on the same LSR platform.

    Single or double balls and progressive weight sets that let users build strength step by step. Weights are sealed inside the silicone and a one-piece silicone retrieval loop is molded on.

Pelvic trainers are used internally, so material safety comes first. We use skin-contact LSR grades with biocompatibility data, prepare samples and technical files for your markets, and test at the accredited lab you choose. If you plan to register a trainer as a medical device, we provide the manufacturing documentation your regulatory consultant needs.

Q01 What types of pelvic floor trainers do you manufacture?

We make weighted kegel balls and progressive weight sets, rechargeable vibrating pelvic floor trainers, and Bluetooth trainers that connect to your brand's app. All three are molded in seamless, body-safe liquid silicone.

Q02 What material do you use?

Platinum-cured liquid silicone rubber (LSR) in skin-contact grades with ISO 10993 biocompatibility data. It is non-porous, has no seams where bacteria can collect, and can be washed with soap and water.

Q03 Are the trainers waterproof?

Yes. Weights, motors and batteries are fully sealed inside the silicone and tested to IP67. Rechargeable models use magnetic charging contacts, so there are no open ports.

Q04 Can you work with our app?

Yes. We build Bluetooth trainers and provide the hardware and integration specification for your app developers. You keep ownership of the app, the data and the user experience.

Q05 What is the MOQ and lead time?

The MOQ is 2,000 pcs. Private-label orders on our existing platforms take about 25 business days. New tooling takes 25–30 business days to T1 samples.
