Parents want tiny nails trimmed without clippers, cuts or crying.
An electric nail file removes that fear. A gently rotating pad files the nail down instead of cutting it, so it can be used while the baby sleeps. The product has to be quiet, soft in the hand and simple enough to use in a dark nursery.
We mold the grip in liquid silicone for a warm, non-slip feel, tune the motor for low speed and low noise, and design pads that snap on and off without tools. Pad sets are color-coded by age, and adult pads can be added so the whole family uses one device.

Q01 Is an electric nail trimmer safe for newborns?
Electric baby nail files work by gently filing rather than cutting, which is why parents choose them. We use low-speed motors, rounded pad edges and age-specific pad grits, and the finished design is tested to your target market’s requirements.
Q02 Can we choose the number and type of pads?
Yes. Pad count, grit, color coding and age labels are all customizable. We can also add adult pads or a storage compartment for spare pads.
Q03 Battery or rechargeable?
Both. Battery-powered versions keep unit cost low. Rechargeable versions use a sealed Li-ion cell with USB-C charging and ship with UN38.3 and MSDS documents.
Q04 What is the MOQ and lead time?
The MOQ is 2,000 pcs. Private-label orders on our existing platform take about 25 business days. New tooling takes 25–30 business days to T1 samples.
