Q01 How quickly will you reply?

Within one working day, China time (GMT+8). Enquiries sent on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day.

Q02 What should I include in my first message?

The product type, key functions, target retail price, markets you sell in, estimated annual volume and any sketches or reference samples. A short brief is enough to start the conversation.

Q03 Can I visit the factory?

Yes. Buyers and third-party inspectors are welcome. Tell us your preferred dates and we will plan a line tour and a working session with our engineers. We can also run a live video walk-through if you cannot travel.

Q04 Which languages do you work in?

Our sales and engineering team works in English and Chinese.
