    Enquiry & NNN

    We sign your NNN (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention) before any drawings change hands. An engineer replies within one working day.

    Feasibility & quotation

    We review function, target retail price, markets and certifications, and tell you plainly what is and isn’t feasible in silicone.

  3. 03

    Design & engineering

    Industrial design, wall thickness, sealing, PCB layout and motor/heater selection, with a DFM check for LSR before any steel is cut.

    Tooling & T1 samples

    Molds are designed in-house and cut to our specification. First-shot samples come off the press in your color and texture.

    Validation & certification

    Button life, cable flex, drop, salt spray, temperature and humidity tests run in our lab. Certification tests go to the accredited lab you choose.

    Mass production & QC

    Molding, coating, assembly and charging run under ISO 9001 (and ISO 13485 for breast massagers), with IQC, in-process and final inspection.

Q01 What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM (private label) means we manufacture one of our existing, proven products under your brand, with your colors, logo and packaging. ODM means we develop a new product for you, either from your idea or drawings or by building a new body onto one of our validated platforms.

Q02 What do you need from us to quote?

A short brief is enough to start: the product type, key functions, target retail price, markets you will sell in, estimated annual volume and any sketches, drawings or reference samples. The more detail, the more accurate the quote.

Q03 How much does tooling cost, and who owns it?

Tooling is quoted per project, because it depends on size, complexity and cavities. On custom projects the molds are yours, confirmed in writing and used only for your orders.

Q04 What are your MOQ and lead times?

MOQ is 2,000 pcs. Private-label orders take about 25 business days after sample approval. New tooling takes 25–30 business days to T1 samples. Stock samples of existing platforms ship in about a week.

Q05 How do you protect our design?

We sign an NNN agreement before receiving drawings, you own the tooling on custom projects, and we never sell your design or tooling to other buyers.

Q06 Can we inspect production?

Yes. Your team or a third-party inspector can visit the factory in Changping, Dongguan, attend pre-shipment inspection, or join a live video walk-through of the line.
