01 / Our story
From silicone electronics to mother & baby care.
We started in 2016 with one idea: that electronics people hold against their skin deserve a better body than a plastic shell with a silicone sleeve.
Liquid silicone injection molding let us seal motors, heaters and batteries inside one seamless, waterproof, soft-touch skin. Over the years we built everything around that process: our own tooling design, an electronics assembly line, oil-spray coating, and a reliability lab that tests products before customers ever see them.
Mothers and babies need exactly those qualities most: materials that are safe on skin, surfaces with nowhere for milk or saliva to collect, quiet motors, and products that can be washed under a tap. So mother and baby care is now our focus: lactation massagers built under ISO 13485, baby nail trimmers, pacifiers and pelvic floor trainers for the brands that sell them.

I started Leutoo in 2016 because I believed the products people hold closest deserve better than a plastic shell with a silicone sleeve. Ten years later, that belief matters more than ever.
When a mother reaches for a lactation massager at 3 a.m., or a parent trims a sleeping baby’s nails, they are trusting that product with something precious. They will never know our name, but they are trusting us too.
That is why we build the way we do. Liquid silicone, because it is safe on skin and leaves nowhere for dirt to hide. Our own reliability lab, because we would rather find the weak point before a mother does. Certificates you can download, because trust should be checked, not assumed.
To the brands we work with, my promise is simple: an engineer will answer your first email, your design will stay yours, and our doors are open whenever you want to see how your product is made.

LSR injection molding, full electronics encapsulation and an in-house reliability lab become the core of how every product is made.

Certified and audited
ISO 13485:2016 for medical breast massagers (SGS UK) and ISO 9001:2015 (Sailway). A full amfori BSCI social audit by SGS follows in September.

Lactation massagers, baby nail trimmers, pacifiers and pelvic floor trainers become our lead product lines for OEM and ODM brands.
Three floors, one production chain.
9,000 m² across floors 5 to 7. Parts move downstairs from press to packing without leaving the building.
