Parents read pacifier labels closely, and retailers audit them even more closely. That starts with the material: food-grade, platinum-cured liquid silicone that stays soft, holds its shape through repeated sterilizing and has no taste or smell.
Injection molding LSR gives smooth, seam-free teats with no pockets where residue can collect. We mold teats and shields as one part or as a two-color part, so there are no glued joints for a baby to pull apart.

Pacifiers are regulated as childcare articles in both the EU and US. We design shield size, ventilation and pull strength to the standard from the first CAD model, use documented food-grade LSR, and send production samples to the accredited lab you choose.

Q01 What silicone do you use for pacifiers?
Food-grade, platinum-cured liquid silicone rubber, with supplier documentation for FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and LFGB. It stays soft, has no taste or smell, and withstands repeated boiling, steaming and UV sterilizing.
Q02 Do your pacifiers meet EN 1400 and US rules?
We design and build pacifiers to EN 1400 for Europe and 16 CFR 1511 for the US, including shield dimensions, ventilation holes and pull-strength requirements. Certification tests are done on production samples at the accredited lab you choose.
Q03 Can you make one-piece pacifiers?
Yes. We mold one-piece pacifiers in single or two colors, so the teat, shield and handle have no glued joints or gaps where residue could collect.
Q04 What is the MOQ for custom pacifiers?
The MOQ is 2,000 pcs. New teat or shield tooling takes 25–30 business days to T1 samples. Orders on existing shapes in your colors take about 25 business days.
