Who we are

What we collect

• Request for quotation (RFQ) form: your name, company, email, country, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), project details and any file you attach.
• Emails and messages you send us directly.
• Analytics: if you allow it, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not tell us who you are.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage any resulting business relationship.
• To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse.
• With your consent, to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

Only the service providers that run this website and our email: our web host (Hostinger), our email providers (Google Gmail for sending form messages, and our company mailbox) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in China and the United States.

Cookies

The site itself does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to count visits. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer your request and manage any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing elvis@leutoo.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
